Also known as pillow cookies, these chocolate chip cookies with brownie filling are as delicious as they appear. First you prepare and cook the brownie. Then you let it cool while you prepare your chocolate chip cookie dough. Make sure not to eat all the dough before it makes it to the pan! You then put the raw dough on a piece of parchment paper. Roll the brownie into balls and plop it into the middle of the cookies. Then cover the brownie with cookie dough and into the over they go. Simple right?
