Hi-Top Cupcakes

 


We saw this recipe from Martha Stewart online and we honestly couldn't resist trying it out. It looked intimidating enough but the cupcakes look so delicious, you couldn't help but try anyway. The result was an amazing taste nobody couldn't say no to, and it's moderately easy to follow the recipe.


Cupcakes could be made with any favourite recipe, and the merengue was a tad bit too sweet, but cut back the sugar a bit, and you are golden.


When we brought them to work to test it out, we got an immediate order from Michelle for her sons' soccer team. Score!
